Bus Injuries

April 2020

City buses are not the only type of buses that are involved in accidents.  There are many other types of buses.  Some of the other common types of buses are school buses, tour buses and private buses.  A bus driver is required to have specific training and licensing in order to operate a bus.  A bus driver must not only contend with traffic but with the distractions caused by passengers on the bus. The bus driver must also keep in mind the sheer magnitude  and the power of the vehicle they are driving.  The bus driver must keep in mind that the in most cases the passengers are not belted.

If you have been injured while on a bus, either due to the negligence of the bus driver or another vehicle causing injury to passengers on bus, you should seek the advice of an experienced personal injury attorney.  At Herrick & Hart, we have been helping the injured for over 65 years.  We offer a free consultation for personal injury claims.  You should feel free to contact us to discuss your claim.
