Residual Funds Received by WISTAF
Herrick & Hart received acknowledgment from WISTAF that over $7,000 was received as a result of residual funds from class action settlements in which the firm was involved. This funding is also known as cy pres funding. These funds are monies that are not distributed to members of a class action for a variety of reasons. Allison Shepard has been named as Vice-Chair to the board of directors for the Eau Claire Public Arts Council. The Council will select, manage and place public art throughout the Eau Claire community. Allison's term on the Council will last for two years.
