Young Drivers Who Use Cell Phones While Driving

November 2016

An article written by Insurance Journal discusses the finding that young drivers who use cell phones while driving are also prone to other risky behaviors while driving.  Some of the other risky behaviors include speeding, driving under the influence of an intoxicant, driving under the influence of drugs, and failing to wear a seat belt.  The article also stated that young drivers continue with these behaviors after even knowing they are illegal and put others in danger.

At Herrick & Hart, we understand the danger of dangerous driving.  We see the impact it has on lives through those that we serve.  We work to help the injured obtain just compensation for injuries due to the fault of another.  We offer a free consultation on personal injury cases.
